Born 1990 in Reykjavík, Iceland. Lived on-and-off in Sweden and Iceland ´95 - ´98 after which i‘ve lived permanently in Iceland.

Fluent in english (highest in my graduation class in college). My swedish is above average and my danish is ok.

I‘m first and foremost a artist. That is, i draw. Maybe i‘m more of a cartoonist. Actually, my style still is in a sort-of limbo between fine art and cartoons. At least in my mind.

I seek influence everywhere but my visual style is obviously mostly inspired by comics and cartoons.

I strive to evolve my style into a singular voice, a unique look, a strong symbol.

My need to draw often feels like the need to yawn. I must. Same goes with my photography. It‘s an expression and a way to vent.

I‘m a firm believer in that there‘s no high culture or low culture. Only culture.

Education:

2000 – 2005 Various comic-book making courses under the watchful eyes of Ingi Jensson, illustrator and cartoonist.

2005 - 2010 Fjölbrautaskólinn í Breiðholti. College with an emphasis on fine art. Graduated.

2010 – 2015 Listaháskóli Íslands. (The art university of Iceland.) Graphic Design. Graduation due spring 2015.
